Registration

Enrollment Policy:

Class placement is at the discretion of NJAI. A 25% non- refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure class placement. Full payment is required prior to first class. NJAI reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop for any reason and a full refund made.

Enrollment ends one week prior to first class. Classes are limited to 20 students. Classes may be cancelled if enrollment is below 8 students.

Payment:

Deposits and full payment may be made by printing this form and mailing your check or money order to:
NJAI Attention: Class registration, 64 Wellington Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052.

Online payment will be made available soon.

Refunds and Cancellation:

There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. 75% refund of total balance will be paid for cancellations up to one week prior to class. 50% full payment refund will be paid for cancellation after first class. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after second scheduled class.
