Registration

Enrollment Policy:

Class placement is at the discretion of NJAI. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure class placement. Full payment is required prior to first class. NJAI reserves the right to cancel a class or workshop for any reason and a full refund made.

Enrollment ends one week prior to first class.

Payment:

Deposits and full payment may be made by printing this form and mailing your check or money order to:

NJAI Attention: Class registration, 64 Wellington Avenue, West Orange, NJ 07052.

There may be a 3% fee for online pay pal credit card registration.

Refunds and Cancellation:

There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. 75% refund of total balance will be paid for cancellations up to one week prior to class. 50% full payment refund will be paid for cancellation after first class. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after second scheduled class.
