Carol has decades of non profit arts experience in New Jersey. She is a skilled and dedicated manager with more than 15 years’ experience in professional and educational fine and performing arts management. Carol’s provide planning and supporting daily operational and administrative functions, excels in creative and strategic planning as well as product marketing and management for both start-up and growth not-for-profit as well as for-profit organizations. As a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in market identification she has a track record of increasing growth and operational improvements. Carol currently also serves as the director of the Galean School of the Arts at the JCC Metro West.
